Values assessment · 28 pairs · under 5 minutes
Pick the one you would actually take
Every pair puts two good things against each other. There is no both and no neutral. Asking someone what they value returns a five from everybody, so this asks what you would give up instead.

Twenty eight pairs
Two desirable things, one choice, about four minutes. Nothing is final until the last step.

A ranking, not a score
The pairs sort the eight dimensions against each other, so a report knows which mismatch would actually cost you something.

Answered once
Every company you check from here is scored against the same profile, so the slow part is paid one time.
An example pair
Neither answer is the good one. The pair only tells us which of the two you would rather live without.

You can answer the whole thing again later: it saves as a new profile, so the reports you have already run keep the one they were scored against.
